Third largest MTB marathon reached its next record when 5096 riders finished the SEB 16th Tartu Rattamaraton on Sunday. Together with the open track event that took place week before the main event and Saturday’s children’s race, the initial total number of participants for all the SEB 16th Tartu Rattamaraton events was 8163.

Today Gert Jõeäär from Cofidis took the win of the 32nd SEB Tartu Rattaralli with a result of 3:07:37. For him the whole weekend has been very successful - he was also the winner of the Tour of Estonia 2013.

Today, on the 1st of June, the final stage of the Tour of Estonia 2013 - Tartu Grand Prix (12x12,5 km) took place. In the group finish, Bartlomiej Matysiak (CCC Polsat Polkowice) was the first to cross the finish line with time 3:21:34. The historical overall victory of the first tour went to Gert Jõeäär, racing for National Team Estonia.

Angelo Furlan won the Tartu Tallinn stage of Tour of Estonia, Jõeäär keeps his leader position

Today, on May 31st, Angelo Furlan (Christina Watches - Onfone) won the 2nd stage of Tour of Estonia 2013 – Tallinn-Tartu 192 km race. Furlan won the race with time 4:55:53. He also won the one-day Tallinn-Tartu race in 2011, so the track was already familiar to him.
