Despite the fact that Tour of Estonia had to be reduced to two stages yet again because of low budget, the number of teams who are coming to the third Tour of Estonia is still record high.

Tour of Estonia started today with a 197,8km stage from Tallinn to Tartu. Young Estonian team managed to win the stage with Martin Laas in the forefront. Laas became also the overall leader of Tour of Estonia.

A total of 8400 cyclists participated in the SEB 17th Tartu Rattamaraton

Third biggest MTB marathon reached new peak this year when a total of 8400 cyclists participated in the SEB 17th Tartu Rattamaraton events. Previous record dated from last year when a total of 8084 cyclists took part from the Tartu Rattamaraton events.

Latvians took first two places at the SEB 17th Tartu Rattamaraton

Today was a Latvian day in the 89km long SEB 17th Tartu Rattamaraton. Andzs Flaksis form Rietumu-Delfini team took first place. His teammate Andris Smirnovs (LAT) was second. 46 year old Alges Maasikmets from Estonia was third.

Tour of Estonia was won by Eduard Michael Grosu from Vini Fantini Nippo

Tour of Estonia ended today with the Tartu GP which was won by Adrian Kurek (CCC Polsat). Eduard Michael Grosu finished second and won the Tour of Estonia.
